Hello

Okay, here goes...

Sport, in general is a very strange and utterly amazing world. Whether your bag is sitting on a Saturday watching Jeff and the boys from the comfort of your sofa or staying up until the wee hours to get your latest NBA fix then this is the place for you.

I have a buzz for sport that has been with me for years. I may not know every player, team or rule but I hope that I will be able to give a good overview on what is happening, or more specifically what I have seen and enjoyed.

There are a number of huge sporting events that are coming up this year. I aim to cover as many as possible in my own unique way. No sport will have precedence and this unique feature means that anyone can write or suggest an event, sport or match that they would like to cover or would like to see on the blog. 

I will hopefully look back on this post in a few months time when I have an established blog but for the moment this is about as good as it gets. 

I am saying nothing about what will be first up but it surely will be something exciting and I hope you look forward to what is coming in the next few months.
